Recently, I came across some of wonderful work of Jason Monet's. Last year while in Australia for the birth of his two grandchildren Jason painted some wonderful pieces that stayed down under. These are among some of the best I have seen in only photographs. The bike is his daughter Louise's. I am told that it looks just as it is painted. The sunset, 'Sunderland' is so rich and vibrant, that I wish he had been able to paint three more. Jason always seems to be very inspired when painting with his daughters.
